The Diocesan Technical Education is a technical training body of the Diocèse of Port Louis under the responsibility of the BEC - Bureau de l'Education Catholique.
It is comprised of three technical training centres.
The SEDET is under the responsibility of the Congregation des Salésiens of Don Bosco.
To fully train and educate youngsters to qualify in professional technical fields.
Welcome to the SEDET, Diocesan Service for Technical Education and also the oldest technical training body of Mauritius since 1974. We administer three training centres, two in Port Louis and one in Souillac which regroup more than 300 students, 13 training fields, different kinds of Testimonials, Certificates and Higher National Diplomas.
